Shipping & Returns

  1. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged.
  2. Interest @18% will be charged if the bill is unpaid.
  3. Buyer undertakes to submit the prescribed GST declaration to the sender on demand.
  4. The bill once made will not be cancelled or changed back.
  5. Any dispute will be under Jaipur Jurisdiction.
  6. Please verify the bill copy and revert within 7days for any billing-related issues.
  7. Warranty is against manufacturing defects only for 1 Year from the date of the invoice.
  8. No Warranty Against Burning of VFD in any condition, No warranty in 2-Phase supply (Strictly). One VFD will be repaired/Replaced only once within a 1-year warranty period.
  9. We are not liable for any kind of damage/ Misplace of material during transit.
  10. All Prices are valid for 4working days.
  11. All payments to the company should be made through bank cheque/D.D/RTGS only
  12. No cash Transactions to be done.
  13. Subject to General Terms & Conditions as per the manufacturer/Parent company, we are the only distributor/stockist.
